SWAG is that you've manually entered F:MusicMusic which is leading to the double backslash, and then iTunes not recognising that the file it is about to add is already part of the library. That said, if you correct the media path to F:MusicMusic you may find that both copies of the song now have the same path, and the script would work in its current form.

Depending on how and when you moved the content to the external drive it may be that the media folder is really supposed to be F:Music in the new school layout as opposed to F:MusicMusic in the old school. Do you have folders for Movies, Podcasts etc. in F:Music?
